When you place an order at Bear-Tastic, you are sending a new order to our third party provider, Spreadshirt (spreadshirt.com for USA, Canada and Australia and spreadshirt.net for any other country), through their secured online payment platform. All communication is with Spreadshirt for any of the below services:

  • - fulfillment (printing) of your order
  • - shipping of your order
  • - any product exchange
  • - any product return

Where is this shop based/where am I ordering from?


Our online shop is based in Europe. European orders are printed and shipped from Europe. North American and Australian orders are printed and shipped from the USA.

Can I request a new design?


Yes! Feel free to contact us anytime to discuss a design idea.

I don’t know my size. How do I find out?


Each product has a size chart with detailed size information. Depending on your country you will see size measurements in inches or centimeters. One recommended method is to measure one of your own shirts that fits you very well. With the size chart you can easily compare what size fits you the best. Consider that the product could shrink a tiny bit after the first wash. If you are still uncertain, please contact us.

I’m a small Bear or an Otter and the design looks pretty big on the shirt for me. Can I change the design size?

Yes! On any item in our store there is a ‘Pen’ button. Click it and choose the ‘Pen Icon’ and it will provide you the option to resize and reposition the design (recommended for size S and M and L if you like the design smaller).

I ordered some cute stuff and can’t wait to get my paws on it. How long will it take for my order to be processed/fulfilled?


On your order confirmation email there is a link that will redirect you to an order status page that will provide you the current status of your order. Your order will usually be fulfilled on the next business day after payment is received and may take up to two additional business days to ship. I just bought something but want to cancel the order. How can I do that?

Production at Spreadshirt often starts very soon after you submit your order. It may not be possible to cancel your order before production starts. However, you can still reach out to Spreadshirt directly to try to cancel your order. Any refunding occurs through Spreadshirt directly. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will provide a tracking link. Please note: it can take up to 24 business hours for the shipping status to update.
